About Therapy

At some point in our lives, we all face challenges or feel like we are grappling with our emotions. Therapy can provide a space to talk things through with someone from outside of your everyday life, family and friends in a safe, confidential space.

As a trained therapist, I can support you to better understand yourself and your relationships better, and to see things from a new perspective. I work with people facing a range of challenges; loss of or confusion around identity or sense of self, feeling low or anxious, low self-esteem, bereavement and loss, recovering from trauma, and relationship issues. Perhaps you feel like something is missing from your life, or perhaps you feel like things are getting out of control. You may not even be quite sure what is troubling you - and that is okay too.

I am someone you can talk to privately about whatever is on your mind and feel heard. I listen with empathy and without judgement, with the aim of supporting you to find resolutions and ways of living that feel right for you.
